What areas and countries are served by Bodega Privada?

In Spain, we deliver to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. We also deliver to all EU countries (excluding Azores and Madeira), Andorra and Switzerland (please ask). [View delivery options]

How long to get my order?

In Spain, orders to mainland destinations take 2 to 3 business days to be delivered, to Balearic Island between 3 and 4 days. For other European countries, the delivery time is between 3 and 4 days. If you need any urgent or service that your order is delivered on a particular date, please contact our Customer Service Department.

What happens if a bottle broke during delivery?

If a bottle broke during transport, Bodega Privada resends you free of charge.

Can I pick up my order in person and avoid shipping fees?

If you live or go through Madrid, close to our store (located in San Sebastian de los Reyes - see map on Google Maps), you will have the option to come and get your order personally. In this way, you save delivery costs. By choosing this option and validated after payment of your order you will receive an e-mail confirming that your package is ready to be picked up with the directions to reach easily to our facilities. It is important not to pass before receiving this confirmation!

What payment methods can I use?

Orders can be paid by credit card (VISA and Mastercard), wire transfer, PayPal. We do not accept cash on delivery.

Should I buy a minimum of bottles?

No. At Bodega Privada there is no minimum, you can purchase the number of bottles you want but it is important to note that the delivery rates per bottle are optimized if you buy multiples of six (6, 12, 18 ...).

Should I be a member to access the Private Sales section?

Yes. To access our exclusive Private Sales section you must register in advance. In this way you will become Bodega Privada Partner and you can access our exceptional deals. But if you only want to see the products of our permanent outlet section there is no need to register.

What if I forget my password?

Use the link "Forgot password?" and we will send you an e-mail with a new password.

Can I do orders for gifts?

Of course, during the checkout process you can leave a message to our team to tell us that your order is a gift and the greeting message you want to convey, we'll handle the rest. The gift recipient will not receive any invoice or documents with prices, while purchase receipts / invoices are sent in electronic format only to the e-mail’s buyer.

I’m looking for a wine that cannot find in your website.

If the wine is available on our website, you can locate it by browsing the categories, or the search engine. If you use the serach engine form, make sure all words are spelled correctly or try to use only part of the name, or wine cellar. If the wine you are looking for is not part of our catalog, please contact our Customer Service Department and we will try get it at the best price.

Do you have special prices for the trade?

We do not have special prices for the trade but we prepare special quotations from a certain amount. If you are a buyer for a restaurant or wine shop, please contact our Customer Service Department: tell us the wines and the number of bottles you want to purchase and the delivery address and you will get a quote with our best price.
